Customization

Fissure offers two levels of customization. In the first level client specific material is distributed either verbally or through handouts by the instructor (this is done at no-charge). In the second level customized content is written into the student workbook and/or the simulation. Workbook Customization: Fissure will work with the client to add client specific content and terms while maintaining the desired instructional flow and timing. Workbook changes are charged at an hourly rate and the amount of change is dependent on the specific client objectives.

Simulation Customization: Fissure Simulation Powered Learning® (SPL) consists of a computer software engine driven by a flexible challenge/project database. With this architecture the simulator can be customized to reflect a unique leadership challenge or project, staff and set of organizational/project rules and issues.
